Argh. That sucked. Update: I am able to get into my blog. Thank goodness for understanding computers.


Bug Report from this experience: There are no means to change our emails on our profiles. Can we please have that capability. Also, the MLBlogs account apparently isn't synced up with the rest of MLB.com... I changed my email through MLB.com. Was able to get into MLBlogs with my old email for a few days. Until today. BUT I wasn't able to log in using either the old email nor the new one. See if you can replicate that... I don't care to repeat the experience personally. Nor am I paid to do it.

Bug Report: As with a recognized MLBlog but a recognized MLB log-in, when I was leaving the earlier comment, the message "You are not authotized to comment" still shows. Also once posted, the error message some like "your comment has not posted. Reason: you posted too many messages in a short period of time. Return to original post" (this is not verbatim.. I didn't record it). Might want to make it more friendly for MLB account holders without blogs to comment.

Hmm.. I wasn't clear. What I ended up doing to get into my blog was switching my email at MLB.com back to the old one. Once that updated, I was able to log back into my blog.


Also, can you please turn off the feature where comments get emailed to me?

Done on the comment/email request. Sorry, but can't update at this time on the other (auth synch) issue. Thanks for the comments.

I would like to Post comments on many Blogs, but there seems to be on many MLBlogs - when you try to post a comment - a notice that states: "you do not have permission to comment on this blog" ... I think I have my Blog set-up properly to, receive "all comments", and "trust all comments" [ I think its set-up correctly, but I'm really not sure] ...but, I have received some comments from different viewers, so I think it is set-up to accept "all comments".....With that said, my suggestion is, maybe it would be helpful [to all] to do a write-up on one of your next Posts that addresses this issue....An explanation to everyone on how to open up their MLBlogs to "accept all comments" would be greatly appreciated....I think a big part of the blogging experience is receiving and offering comments on various Blogs....I really enjoy receiving and posting comments, and look forward to reading the thoughts and opinions of others...Also, I do respond to any comment I do receive, but its frustrating not being able to post a response, and, or, comment on that person's MLBlog because the setting does not allow "permission to comment"...Writing "Posts" on my MLBlog is "fun"...and, receiving, and responding to comments on these posts, as well as, offering comments on other MLBlogs greatly adds to the fun and the"whole experience" of blogging here at MLBlogs...Hopefully, you can give some insight, regarding this issue !!!....Thank you, Jimmy ....Also, on a lesser level...an explanation on how to space the comments into "paragraphs" would be greatly appreciated !!! .... Unfortunately, I have been unable to comment on all MLBlogs (except mine). I tried something new today and logged out and then signed in to comment. Obviously, it worked.

Unfortunately, I have been having difficulty posting comments on all MLBlogs (except mine). However, I found out how to resolve this eminent issue.


When I am logged out, MLBlogs say that I must be signed in to comment. When I sign-in, I am allowed to comment. For some reason, I do not get that usual "You do not have permission to post," error message.

OK, for what it's worth, gang, I just used three br tags in a row to make that space between paragraphs in my comment right above this one. Two of them should make correct space. Except the last time I used two it made no line space at all. Upgrade soon hopefully will fix comment-spacing issue.

I experienced a similar issue. The
tags worked the first time, and then the second time it didn't work at all. Thanks for the update and hopefully this matter will be resolved shortly.
