Latest Leaders – April 2013

Latest Leaders logoThe first month of the 2013 season is in the books, and there’s been plenty of great writing here in the Blogs community. We’re excited to announce the addition of a fourth category to our monthly traffic rankings: MiLB Pro. It’s also great to see fans connecting with the new player blogs that have debuted this spring, with Project LomoEric Sogard’s Glasses, The Spread (Josh Spence) and Walking with a Swagerty all featuring in this month’s Leaders. Good to see our friend Alyssa Milano back in the leaders. Maybe you’re right on the cusp of joining these blogs like The Best Sox Blog and Rox Addict, or perhaps like Baseball’s 28th Out, TheBaseballPHD and The Take: From 20th & Blake you’re new around these parts. If you don’t have a blog yet, get started today and begin your journey to becoming a Latest Leader! It’s the biggest baseball blogging community with a gateway of billions of and club page views, and brought to you by tech powerhouses MLB Advanced Media and, so be part of it.

Check out my take on Xander Bogaerts and the Boston Red sox.

Where’s May’s latest leaders? Been waiting since June 1st and now it’s June 9th.

I am so happy to crack the list at 47 in the fan blogs. Prospects2Pros is going strong.

We’re number (twenty-)one! We’re honored to crack the minor league list in our first month and can’t wait to make big moves in May.

My bad, my url is actually

Congrats to everyone! Great job! I’m really surprised I didn’t make it this month, but oh well there’s always next month. Come and check out a kid’s perspective on all things baseball, Bleacher Boy.

We are so excited to make this list! Thank you to everyone!

We are so honored to make this list with so many great blogs! Thanks to everyone for reading and keep doing what you’re doing!

As always a wonderful congratulations to all of the bloggers that made this awesomely esteemed and honored list! I’ve dropped several of them a view or more and these are some excellent blogs!! Bravo and a well deserved one at that!!

Woah… I am at a complete loss for words. April was a huge month for me, as baseball games got back into full swing and I met many new people along the way. With the 19-Inning game I attended on Monday, to the fact that word has been flying around my high school, every single bit means more than you can believe. I’ve worked hard to produce successful content, and it feels amazing to see it pay off. I have to thank Mark at MLBlogs and everyone that has supported me along the way, it means the world!

Congrats to all on the April list! Giant & Dodger photo blogs are 7&8. How appropriate with up coming three game series. I came in at 18! Thank you! Happy Dos de Mayo! 💙⚾

It is always an honor to make the list. Congrats to everyone. The 9 Inning Know It All crew is going to have to step up our game to move back up the list, but to still be on the list still brings a smile to my face.

Here’s the reason(s) for my great traffic this month:
Thanks for everyone’s support, this is such a great community to be a part of!

You can tell when it is the regular season as I get nudged on both sides by Ballhawkers (lol). Awesome to again be at the summit of the Fan list, and impressed by the movement of so many towards the top of the pile. Always stress to people a slight curveball of persistence, a slider of patience and even a little movement via my favorite Lady ..Luck can get you noticed and venturing towards the top. Want to again thank everyone who has taken a moment to swing by my slice of paradise and I want to remind the Ballhawkers, I do possess my own mad skills at spearing the ball during BP and a few HR balls of my own among my 450 signed balls. So keep the computers warmed-up and get ready, cause the month of May is going to provide a few surprises, and some even on the diamond.

Super-honoured to make the list again (#26). I am certain that the string of awesome interviews I did in April contributed to great traffic. The interview I’m most excited about, I just posted. Dan Shulman, Broadcasting Legend with ESPN not only talked about the Jays, but the role of the DH and what he thinks should happen with it (it might surprise you!), as well as his most memorable calls as a broadcaster. Not to be overly self-promotional, but it’s definitely an interview any baseball fan would enjoy:

Our best month ever! Awesome! Congrats to everyone as always this month! I need to try the catching two home runs in a game thing.
