OHHH, oh, OH-oh-oh . . . oh, oh, ohhh . . . yes, it’s that familiar chant with the forward right-arm motion that has accompanied an unbelievable 14 consecutive division titles.
Are you ready now? Here are Nine Questions with Julie over at Forever Braves:
1. Why do you blog?
I love to write, and I love baseball. I was brought up a Braves fan because my neighbor was a scout for them up until a few years ago. It is a way of life for me, and I love to share my thoughts with fellow baseball fans, whether they’re Braves fans or not.
2. What was your favorite post?
I don’t know if I have a favorite post of my own.
3. What was your strangest blogging experience you’ve ever had?
4. Favorite blogs, including at least one MLBlog:
5. What would you be doing if you weren’t blogging?
At this very moment, nothing. There aren’t any games on at the moment to watch!
6. Where do you think the blogosphere is going?
I think it’s going very well. It’s a great idea!
7. Favorite team and why?
As I mentioned in a previous answer, the Braves. My neighbor was a scout for them for many years, and he got my mom, brother and me hooked. Just because I am an Eagles, Flyers, 76ers and Villanova Wildcats fan does not mean I have to be "all Philly." Being a fan of the Braves in this area does not make me ashamed. I will PROUDLY wear my Braves gear anywhere I go!
8. What is the one thing people don’t know about you?
Just because I am a Braves fan does not mean I only go to Philly for games only when Atlanta is in town. I have many autographs and baseballs from teams besides the Braves. I even had my picture with A.J. Burnett and Josh Beckett last year. My best non-Braves souvenir is my signed Todd Jones baseball where he wrote "Thanks for coming out!" on it in addition to his signature. And I didn’t even notice this until he tossed me the ball and I looked at it.
9. Happiness is . . .
Atlanta Braves baseball. Did you need to ask?
